BSH standard 2 years warranty

1. The warranty of our products is provided for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of first purchase indicated on the purchase receipt. For granting the guarantee, it is required to present the purchase receipt, which refers the type and the model of the mentioned product.

2. The company within the above time limits, in the event of defective operation of the device, undertakes the restoration of a proper functioning and replacement of any defective part (excluding consumables and fragile items such as glass parts, lamps, etc). A prerequisite for the warranty is that the malfunction of the device is a result from the manufacture and not for example from misuse, improper installation, failure to observe the device operating instructions, improper maintenance by unauthorized persons or by external factors such as electricity interruptions or
voltage variations, etc.

3. If the product does not function properly, due to the manufacture of the device and if the malfunction has occurred during the warranty period, the authorized Customer Service (or authorized contract partner) of BSH Ikiakes Syskeves ABE will repair the device for the purpose for which it was manufactured, without any costs for spare parts or repair services.

4. All warranty repair actions, must be conducted by the authorized Customer Service (or authorized contract partner) of BSH Ikiakes Syskeves ABE.

5. The warranty covers the product only when is used in accordance with the specifications for which it was manufactured and only for household use.

6. The warranty provided by the manufacturer ceases if detached, altered or modified in any way the security films or special distinctive stickers on which indicated the serial number or the date of purchase.

7. Warranty does not include: • Repairs, modifications or cleaning actions that took place at a service center which is not authorized by BSH Ikiakes Syskeves ABE. • Misuse, overuse, handling or operation of the product in a manner which is not in accordance with the instructions contained in the user manuals and / or associated documentation, including improper storage, dropping of the device, etc. Products with unreadable serial number. • Damages caused by lightning, water or humidity, fire, war, public unrest, incorrect power supply voltage, or any other reason beyond the control of the manufacturer or the authorized Customer Service (or authorized contract partner) of BSH Ikiakes Syskeves ABE.

8. The replacement of the appliance is realized when it is required according to Cypriot legislation.

9. Any repair or replacement of a defective part does not extend the warranty period of the product
10. Components and materials replaced during the warranty are returned to the workshop.

BSH extended Warranty conditions +3 years for Cyprus (CY)

1. The extended warranty is valid after the end of the period of twenty four (24) months manufacturer warranty from the date of first purchase indicated on the purchase receipt, and is

valid for the next thirty six (36) months. For granting the guarantee, it is required to present the purchase receipt, which refers the type and the model of the mentioned product.

 2. The company within the above time limits, in the event of defective operation of the device, undertakes the restoration of a proper functioning and replacement of any defective part
