Pick up from CMC Warehouse
Choose the CMC ELECTRIC warehouse to pick up your product, COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE. The order processing time is 2 to 4 working hours. When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an sms on your mobile, an email or a phone call.
Pick up from 40 ACS offices
Choose one of the 40 ACS Courier pick-up offices in all cities.
Your order will be ready for pick-up in 2 – 3 working days and it’s FREE FOR PURCHASES OVER €300.
Delivery & Installation Service - How it works
Choose a Date to Suit You
You decide the delivery date! We deliver to nearly all Cyprus 6 days a week – Monday to Saturday 7am to 9pm. We also despatch Sunday for Monday delivery. For 2 man items (large Appliances and TVs) you always get a choice of the delivery day – your options are Priority (Next Day), Saturday or any other day.
Timed Delivery Window
No more waiting around all day for delivery! Our sales team will contact you to give you and confirm a 2 hour time window for delivery and installation. The drivers will also keep you informed during the day of delivery in case there are delays due to traffic.
Two Man Delivery
All large items will be delivered by our 2 man delivery teams to make sure your goods arrive safely at your home or place of work.
Unpacking the appliance
Upon delivery, the installers will un-box and inspect the new appliance and take away the packaging.
A Room of your Choice
Our delivery team will take your large item to the room of your choice. The room needs to be on the ground floor as we cannot deliver appliance up or down stairs.
Removal of Your Old Appliance
Disconnect, remove and recycle your old appliance if needed with No extra charge.
Install the new appliance
Our fully comprehensive installation service, ensures safe and professional connection of almost any appliance we sell.
Appliances testing
Once the product is connected, the appliance will be fully tested to ensure it’s in full working order.
Payment Methods & Return Policy
When placing an order online using the “add to cart” link and then proceeding to check out You can select to pay via:
- PayPal – in which case you will receive a transaction confirmation by email
- Upon delivery – in which case orders are cash on delivery only and payable to the courier of your choice
- Pay at the store – in which case you can pay our premises and collect or schedule delivery
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days* of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
