With the Miele fragrance flacons – in 5 different fragrances – you can transmit your favourite scent to your laundry during drying. A family-run company in the south of France, which has been creating perfumes since 1871, produces fragrances for Miele. Using a patented process, their perfume specialists ensure that the essential oils in the perfume are preserved. The result: fresh laundry with a natural fragrance that lasts for up to 4 weeks.

Precise drying thanks to mineral sesnsors
Perfect drying results thanks to mineral sensors: With the patented PerfectDry System, your laundry is dried “precisely”, even if the water in your catchment area is very hard. This is by no means the norm on tumble dryers. Calcium in the water influences residual moisture sensing, which in turn has an impact on drying results. With PerfectDry, mineral sensors record the amount of calcium in the water and adjust the drying process for precise results. This ensures that your laundry is not too dry or too wet. The selected drying stage is always achieved.

Steam smoothing programme – instead of ironing
If ironing is not one of your favourite pastimes, you will love the steam smoothing programme. At the beginning of the drying process, water is sprayed into the honeycomb drum creating a fine mist which is heated by the drying air. The steam created penetrates the textiles and visibly smooths the laundry. This ensures that ironing is much easier and quicker – or even completely unnecessary.

Miele carries out intensive endurance tests during the development stage in order to meet the highest quality standards. In this test the machine has to dry for 7500 hours. This involves running approximately 5000 wash programmes. In terms of daily laundry, this equates to about 5 programmes per week with an average run time of 1.5 hours – for 20 years.

All Miele condenser dryers, including heat-pump dryers, feature integrated condensate drainage with a hose tidy. You can drain the condensed water directly away into a sink or siphon and so avoid the need to emptthe condensed water container.
