Pickup from CMC Warehouse
Choose the CMC ELECTRIC warehouse to pick up your product COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE. The order processing time is 2 to 4 working hours. When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone, an email or a phone call.

Your order will be delivered within 1-5 working days. The delivery cost depends on your delivery address.
For areas beyond municipal boundaries, there will be an additional cost based on your postal code, calculated at €1 per km. This cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.

3.  Please note that deliveries will be made to your front door or garage on ground floors.

We deliver and install electrical appliances in cities across Cyprus five days a week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm (excluding public holidays).

How it works

3.  We will contact you to confirm a 2-hour time window for delivery and installation.
4.  Our delivery teams ensure the safe transportation of large items to your home or workplace.
5.  Upon delivery, our installers will unbox, inspect the new appliance and dispose of the packaging.
6.  Delivery is made to the street level of the specified address. If transportation involves stairs or steps, you need to inform us beforehand. The cost is €2 per step.
7.  We offer the option to disconnect, remove, and recycle your old appliance if necessary.
8.  Once connected, the appliances will be fully tested to ensure they are in full working order.

* Products scheduled for delivery on a specific date may incur storage fees if delivery is postponed by the customers.

Additional Works

When purchasing an air conditioner online, it is understood that full installation may require certain additional works, which are subject to extra costs:

• Installation with a distance over 3 meters between the indoor and outdoor unit – €20 per meter.
• Metallic wall bracket (for the outdoor unit) – €40 per pair.
• Isolator switch (for the outdoor unit) – 45€ each.
• Plastic trunking to cover cables and hoses (10x5cm) – €10 per meter.
• Disconnection of any air conditioner (9000 – 12000 BTUs) – €20.
• Disconnection of any air conditioner (18000 – 24000 BTUs) – €25.
• Cleaning of air conditioner provision (Purification using nitrogen & Vacumm cleaning) – €45.
• Heater switch (for the indoor unit) – €25.
• In case installation requires a lifting machine, expenses are to be paid by the buyer.
• For locations outside of the municipal boundaries, a charge may apply based on the distance.
• Any additional work requested by the customer will be calculated and charged on the spot.

Basic Installation:
This service includes delivery, unpacking, fitting, and setting up the television on an already assembled stand. The cost always appears on the product page.
Please note that tuning, connecting the television to other components such as VCRs, DVDs, video games, etc., and demonstration are not included.

Bracket Installation:
One of the important aspects of TV installation is selecting the proper bracket. A specialized bracket ensures that the TV does not damage the wall or fall from its mount. The cost of any bracket installation is additional to the actual TV, and various brackets are available. Some are lightweight and more affordable, while others offer tilting or angling of the TV. The installation cost of any bracket always appears on the product page.

When placing an order online via the “Add to cart” link and proceeding to checkout, you have the following payment options:

  • Credit Card: Receive a transaction confirmation by email.
  • Cash on delivery: Payable to the delivery team/courier upon delivery.
  • Pay at the store: Pay at our premises and collect your order.
  • Bank Transfer: View our bank details here.
  • PayPal: You will receive a transaction confirmation by email.

Returns Policy
Upon receiving your order, it is essential to unpack and inspect the products for any external or aesthetic defects. If any are found, you have the right to reject the item and return it to us.

The specifics of our Returns Policy depend on the following:

  • For in-store purchases, you have a 7-day window from delivery, while online purchases through our website allow a 14-day return period. In the event of a timely declaration, our company is obligated to replace the appliance with a new one or an alternative of equivalent value. Exchanges for products of similar value are permitted, contingent upon the product’s condition at the time of purchase. Failure to meet this condition may result in a 15% charge.
  • Items received without objection are deemed to be delivered in excellent condition. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow exchanges for delivery/installation charges, damaged, or used products.

In case of returning a product, the original complete packaging is required.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the order type and delivery method:

  • For Online Orders with Store Pick-up, cancellations are accepted within 1 working day after confirmation.
  • For Home Delivery or Courier Pick-up Point orders, cancellation is permitted until the product is handed to the delivery service.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; however, our Returns Policy comes into effect for returns.

*Products marked as “Upon Order” (Special Order) cannot be returned or cancelled.
