Your order will reach you in 1 – 5 working days. The cost for this service is ONLY €10 FOR ANY APPLIANCE.
For areas out of Municipal boundaries of cities there is an extra small cost depending on your Postal code. (according to the distance – 0.50€ per km). That cost will be calculated automatically during check-out.
1. We deliver to all Free Cyprus 6 days a week – Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
2.You always get a choice of the delivery date and time – your options are Priority.
3. Please be informed that the appliances will be delivered to your front door or garage in ground floors.
4. Your appliance may be delivered by a trusted, third-party service partner instead of a CMC ELECTRIC service team.

We deliver and install electrical appliances to all cities in Cyprus 6 days a week – Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday from 9.00am to 1.00pm (excluding puplic holidays)

How it works
- You always get a choice of the delivery day – Your options are Priority.
- We will contact you to give you and confirm a 2 hour time window for delivery and installation
- All large items will be delivered by our 2 man delivery teams to make sure your goods arrive safely at your home or place of work.
- Upon delivery, the installers will un-box and inspect the new appliance and take away the packaging.
- Our delivery team will take your large item to the room of your choice. The room needs to be on the ground floor as we cannot deliver appliance up or down stairs. We have the option if you have stairs with extra charge, please contact us for the cost.
- Disconnect, remove and recycle your old appliance if needed with No extra charge.
- Our fully comprehensive installation service, ensures safe and professional connection of almost any appliance we sell.
- Once the product is connected, the appliance will be fully tested to ensure it’s in full working order.
By buying an air condition system on line it is recognized that for full installation it may need some
additional works which are subject to extra costs:
1. Installation with distance over 3 meters between the indoor and the outdoor unit – 15€ per meter
2. Metallic wall bracket – 35€ per pair (for the outside unit)
3. Isolator switch – 45€ each (to be installed in the outside unit)
4. Plastic Trucking to cover hoses 10×50 – 10€ per meter
5. Disconnection of any air-conditioner 9000 – 12000btus – 20€
6. Disonnection of any air-conditioner 18000 – 24000btus – 25€
7. Purification with nitrogen (Clean provision) + Vacuum – 45€
8. Heater switch 20€ (for the indoor unit)
9. In case installation need a Lifting machine, expenses to be paid from the buyer
10. In case of areas out of municipal territories, there may be a small charge depends of the distance.
11. Any other work should be ask from the buyer will be cost on the spot
This service include delivery, unpacking, fitting and setting the television up on an already assembled stand. Cost always appear in the product page.
Please be informed that tuning, hooking up the television to any other components such as VCR, DVD, Video games e.t.c. and demonstration are not included.
One of the most important aspects of TV installation is obtaining the proper bracket. A specialized bracket will ensure that the TV doesn’t damage the wall or fall from its mount. This will be an additional cost to the actual TV, and there is a range of brackets. Some are more lightweight and will be more affordable, and others offer tilting or angling of your TV. Installation cost of any bracket always appear on the product page.
When placing an order online using the “add to cart” link and then proceeding to check out You can select to pay via:

- Credit Card – in which case you will receive a transaction confirmation by email
- Upon delivery – in which case orders are cash on delivery only and payable to the courier of your choice

you will receive a full refund if the item is:
- Defective through no fault of your own
- Wrong items shipped.
- Items that did not match what was shown on the Site.
you may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment for the items listed below:
- Non-defective items that are returned opened.
- Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories.
Cancellation are subject to restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price and return shipping fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the appliance to the store. If this is impractical we will return it and the customer will pay the delivery fee.
Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection of the appliance. You also have the option to swap the item with another that has the same or higher value (by paying the difference).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and follow the instructions. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
